Our water heater was leaking water when hot and was getting rapidly worse. I contacted them and we quickly arranged for a time for them to come and replace the boiler. Communication was good, they came when they said they would, and they were very pleasant. The price seemed reasonable too. No problems at all so very happy. Will be using them again.

boiler blown, water everywhere. Turned water off to isolate boiler. Called plumber and came within an hour :new boiler required. Today been with new one , all fitted and hot water again. Recommend speedy service and efficient service.
We had a leak in our underbuild and he came out within the hour on Saturday at Easter weekend. Fixed it no problem. Really professional and very helpful.

Our boiler broke on New Year's Eve and the kitchen was flooded. I called Fontanero and they came within an hour and temporarily plugged the boiler in and outlets and removed the broken boiler. Today they installed a new boiler as promised. I am very grateful for all the help.
The only person to answer after 20 calls to so called 24 hour plumbers. Friendly and came on time. I will be using him again.
